Pricing and availability may change during the rental process until a lease is offered. Please carefully review your lease before signing. Once the lease signing deadline passes, we can no longer guarantee the original pricing or availability. All apartments at Lucky rent by-the-bed with Individual leasing. This means that each roommate should complete a separate application. All square footage shown is approximate. All residents will be required to carry renters insurance for the term of their lease. The security deposit for Lucky Core and Lucky Penthouse is equal to 1x the installment rate per roommate. The security deposit for Dorm@Lucky is $300 per person.
