|Recommended: NoThe property is beautiful, nice view — The apartment is beautiful and feels very clean. The only issues I've had are with drilling and hammering noises coming from construction, the staff is mostly very nice, and the people that I've met here all seem very nice.

They are professional and we had some great conversations They are welcoming and kind hearted employees I felt safe and taken care of with my small issue. 10 10 recommend this awesome team

|Recommended: YesGood overall just a bit costly — Good apartment overall. Nice kitchen with fridge, stove microwave, oven and dishwasher. Plenty of space for appliances thou we did fill it all with all the stuff we brought. Fresh Madison market is just down stairs and accessible without leaving the building, which is really nice when the weather is bad. The biggest problem is the cost. If your rich and money is not a huge concern this is a great location.
|Recommended: YesLucky is a very professional and urban environment. — I enjoy living here a lot. It is very spacious, which gives everyone their own opportunities to be independent, but the space can also be used to spend time with roommates and other friends as well.

|Recommended: YesGreat Quality of Life, Great Management — I loved living at lucky apartments. The staff were very friendly and helpful towards any of our needs, and the apartment itself felt very premium and home-like. The pricing was also fair considering the amenities and quality of appliances. Speaking of amenities, the fourth floor terrace was amazing. The hot tub, grills, grassy turf, and fire pit areas are all great for hanging out with friends relaxing after work or class. Overall cleanliness of the complex was superb, and maintenance was quick and thorough. The location was also amazing, since it is right in the center of campus as well as down the street from state street. I would highly recommend this to anyone who wishes to have a good living experience and quality of life on campus.
|Recommended: YesLucky apartments are extremely disciplined in their employees. — Living in Lucky Apartments is high-end with tons of UW- Madison students. I would recommend this apartment if you like your own space. The rent is rather high for a college student, especially, for electricity and other utilities included.
