|Recommended: YesMoving here a number of years ago was one of my best life choices. Great location and features close by grocery, drug store, fitness center walk to Union Terrace Farmer’s Market 24 7 on site staffing security, laundry machines down the hall 4th floor outdoor terrace with fireplace and grills . That said Lucky’s prime asset is its staff who, without exception, have been friendly, knowledgeable, professional, responsive, and helpful. Sharon, Russ, and Austin offer friendly daytime greetings and helpful assistance. RJ and Peter have promptly respectfully addressed occasional nighttime noise issues. Jim and Mike have promptly responded to maintenance issues e.g., broken disposal , going above and beyond what I was expecting. They, along with Claudia and Evilia, provide ongoing cleaning and sanitizing. Andrew, Alex, and Mitch help with administrative issues e.g.,parking rent updates . All have made me feel appreciated and valued as a repeat renter over the years.

|Recommended: YesAmazing experience — I would highly recommend living at lucky. As a college student, they make it a great experience and not only a space to live in.
|Recommended: YesSlow Maintenance — Maintenance completes requests very slowly.

|Recommended: YesApartment review — Lucky is very convenient in general. The maintenance staff are very nice, but other staff are less helpful and sometimes I was able to smell weird scents in the apartment even after my roommate and I fully cleaned all the rooms.
|Recommended: YesGreat — Friendly staff and ontime service
|Recommended: YesIt was a good place to live — I felt very safe, the maintenance team resolved problems quickly, the courtyard was very nice to have, and the rooms were spacious. My specific apartment was a bit awkward with narrow hallways and did not have an oven which was difficult at times. It is a very nice location with campus, night life and a grocery store so close
|Recommended: YesGreat place to live with awesome service — This was a wonderful place to live. Our apartment was awesome We had quick responses whenever we had maintenance issues or problems, or even simple questions. They often have small treats or gifts for tenants in the lobby. The beautiful common spaces were a great perk. I would highly recommend Lucky and Steve Brown Apartments.

|Recommended: YesBest management, place, and concierge service you can get — I've only been here a couple days and it's by far my favorite place on campus I've lived the past 8 years as an undergrad and an alum . The place is great, convenient, and management and concierge are very nice and helpful.
