|Recommended: YesSo far this place is amazing D — The apartment is very clean, and the staff have been amazing so far. They are very attentive and were quick to help with the maintenance issues I had on move-in day. When I arrived, the apartment was spotless, and I was glad I didn’t have to do a deep clean like I normally do with other places I’ve rented. The environment is very calm, and you definitely get what you pay for at Lucky, especially with the furniture provided and the kitchen. My only complaints are that the desks and bedframe are a bit wobbly and shows some wear from previous renters.

|Recommended: YesReview of Lucky Apartments — Living at lucky till now has been a great experience. The location is in the heart of the downtown, making it incredibly convinient. The study lounges on each floor are also very helpful.
|Recommended: NoNot Worth The Rent At All — I just moved in and I was shocked at the condition of the apartment considering rent is over 1400 with fees, not even including all utilities. Things were broken, dirty, have black mold growing, and not at all up to the standards that I would expect. Noise travels so easily, both through walls and doors. I should not be waking up to my neighbor’s alarm when that did not even happen in the dorms. Supposed “sound deadening” doors are useless when they do not touch the ground and leave a space for sound and God knows what else to come through. If I was not locked into a lease I would find another place to live that was actually worth my rent. Utterly disappointing.

|Recommended: NoWater under floor — When moving in, we were the first to arrive in the apartment...and the floor seemed fine. However, as we started walking across the floor, brown colored water started seeping up.' There was apparently an issue with the drain in the heating system. That was fixed same day. However, nothing was done to rectify the water under the floor. Prior to my husband and I leaving that day, we requested dehumidifiers for the apartment to dry the water that was under the floor.
Instead, however, 2 fans were brought up to the room and have been running for the past 4 days. It is unknown if there is still water under the floor. However it did go all the way into the kitchen on move in day.
The water that had been seeping up was brownish and left a stain on my husband's finger...so the boys haven't been able to put all of their belongings down on the floor in fear of them being stained.
With my name also being on the lease, I am concerned about the status of the remediation of this issue.
