|Recommended: YesA nice place to live in Madison — Being a luxury apartment, Lucky comes fully furnished and with amenities that other apartments around the area do not have. The apartments are nice, and if something is wrong, a maintenance person will fix the problem promptly. Parking is unfortunately not included with this lease, however it can be purchased for an additional fee. Overall, if you want a nice place without the hassle of looking for furniture, Lucky could be the place for you.
|Recommended: YesConvenient location with comfortable living. — Lucky is a comfortable apartment complex in the heart of UW's campus, making it convenient and close to surrounding amenities. Staff is always helpful and maintenance requests are always met in a timely fashion. Very happy with my experience living at Lucky.

|Recommended: YesGood in general — The equipments seem to be a little old, but they work well. The rest is fine. I like its location.

|Recommended: YesBest place you could ever wish for — Lucky Apartment is one of the best if not the best place to live at. I have been an international student for 3 years in two different cities, and this is the nicest place I have ever rented. But, the most important quality that Lucky have is their staffs. Last December, I had a problem where I left my important document at my unit while I was in a different city. I called Lucky management at around 9 PM, and they took a picture of that document for me. If it were not for them, I would have lost 1,600. I cannot thank them enough for this.

|Recommended: NoNot worth the cost of rent — I was very misled coming to this apartment. The location is fantastic, but the quality of our apartment was sub par at best. You can see where they painted over previous apartment owners chips in the walls. I was told I could use command strips by Lucky staff, but the paint IS SO CHEAP that It came off with the command strips anyways. In the bathroom we have nothing hanging up but every shower you can see water marks all around the bathroom and if you go to dab it off, paint comes off as well . We were also told by staff that we would have a double fridge because we have SIX total people in our apartment but we never got that fridge So now we have to fit 6 people in one small single fridge and a freezer that holds four frozen pizzas at best. My room has a giant column in the wall that makes our room practically the size of our bathroom. The bedroom sizing is MUCH smaller than what they advertise. We didn’t even have room to take our bunk beds apartment before move in and that was AFTER we took our desks out. Overall the 900 I’m paying for rent is absurd and I will definitely not recommend anyone to live here unless they know the full extent of the moneu they’re going to spend. The terrace is HEAVILY advertised, but don’t be fooled because it CLOSED completely by November and the hot tub might as well be hidden in advertisement because you can use it maybe 3 8 months you’re here. Parking was also advertised to be a heated parking ramp but it is open to the temperatures outside instead which is also a reason why they said they don’t keep the hot tub on even though the parking ramp is not heated . I’m thankful to be living here this year so I know what NOT to look for next year. The dorm program is also advertised heavily but You’re basically paying more per month to live exactly how the other floors in the apartment live. The Only thing different is that all of the furniture and appliances are lowest quality.
