|Recommended: YesEverything is good except the price. — It's good to live here. The necessary furnitures are provided, the location is good, everything is convenient. But the rent is a little bit expensive and does not include the facility fee such as water and electricity. You'd have to pay a certain amount more than the rent every month. Overall, lucky can be the best choice if you can sustain it economically.

|Recommended: YesNice, but the ventilation really needs improvement — Except for the fact that there are lots of spiders living outside the balcony, so I can't open the door to the balcony, and the ventilation of the apartment happens to be not so good, which results in the long-lasting cooking smell in the room and the slightly higher price. The rest of the apartment is perfect.
