|Recommended: NoUnfair Return on Deposit — Charged 50.00 for minor issues and overcharged for parking on final bill. That apartment required so much cleaning when moving in. The kitchen and bathroom were a mess. The entire apartment was scrubbed down and left in better condition than move in and we still were charged 50.00. I assume the actual clean up is complete when residents move out and management charges the residents for items that need to be cleaned but management does not complete these tasks. Another issue is the washer and dryer situation. There are only 2 washers and dryers on every floor. They are always full and it is difficult to get laundry done. They also break down a lot. Parking is ridiculously expensive. The final problem is there is no PRIVACY in your apartment. The big glass doors are great but the apartment does not provide window coverings for the apartment so if anyone is out in the courtyard they can see into your apartment .
|Recommended: YesDecent but a bit overpriced — Great living condition, maintainance is quick and satisfactory. The rent is expensive though.
|Recommended: YesOk — Convenient location, friendly officers.
|Recommended: NoVery Nice — Very nice location and units. A little too expensive and I found it annoying how often Lucky needed to enter our apartment for various reasons as well as showing our apartment in the fall.
|Recommended: YesStaff is just amazing — The apartment, location, and amenities are all great, but the staff is SO amazing I got to know the people in the P2 office, and they have always been so happy and friendly. They made me happy I lived here

|Recommended: YesReview — I would suggest this place.
|Recommended: YesWebsite — website maintainance
|Recommended: YesPretty good experience — While the price is rather higher than many of the other apartments, the position and constructions are absolutely worth this price.
|Recommended: YesGreat Place to Live in — Good location. Close to the campus, especially for students of social science major and business major. The style is modern and the staff is always available for help.
|Recommended: YesReview of Lucky apartment — I like this apartment and I like my neighbors because I barely heard the noise from the room next to me in the past year.
|Recommended: NoI would not recommend Lucky to a friend. — The ceiling in our apartments bathroom collapsed and was covered in mold. There was mold on our carpets, our windows, in our closets, and on parts of our ceiling. We called a couple of times throughout the year to complain about the mold that we visibly saw around the window areas and were told someone would come clean it or look at it and no one ever did. We tried to our best ability to clean it ourselves only to realize the whole apartment was scattered with mold. Extremely unhappy.
|Recommended: YesNice property, excellent location, few amenities — Lucky is beautiful - the property and the grounds. The view from our apartment is wonderful and most of the furniture is really nice. The location is probably the best part, with Fresh Madison Market right downstairs.
The staff is, overall, pretty nice.
The fixtures are sometimes cheap - the noise under the door from other rooms in the apartment is quite loud, but you can't usually hear your neighbors. There were no blinds or curtains on our big window in the living room, which can be quite bothersome if you are trying to work on a computer in that space before the sun goes down.
There are very few amenities offered. They finally opened a very small workout space near the time when I was moving out. Parking is 195 per month if you want to have a car. There is no pool, though there is a hot tub. The grills are really nice to have on the 4th floor patio. The airflow in our apartment is not wonderful - my room gets very hot and was really hot all winter.
