The management is very responsive. No noise concerns, hallways are clean. Fresh Madison grocery store is accessible through the building. The furniture in the apartment is clean and well laid out.

submitted by Lia D. - |Recommended: NoRent payment system and lack of communication — We are not pleased satisfied with the auto-pay system as it does not allow 1st of the month payment for non-resident and the lack of communication for this issue on your side. Got charged late fee and received delinquency notice without any prior communication. And when my father call Lucky they did not even know how your payment system works and why there was no drop-down option for 1st-of-the-month payment. Please pass this on to your management team. We expect require at least a 35 rent reduction on next month rent, educating your staff, and a fix to your system. Also please confirm all late fees are removed and there is no mark on our rental agreement. Thank you.
