|Recommended: YesSafe, quiet, and wonderful management — Lucky Apartments provides a great living community while supporting and assisting its residents with its resources, staff, and kindness. Any issues that our apartment unit has had was resolved in a timely manner. This apartment complex's efficiency in hosting individuals is what makes them stand out.
|Recommended: YesGreat Place to Live with Excellent Staff — I really enjoy living here. The staff and maintenance team are fantastic, parking is easy, and the grounds are always kept clean. There is occasional noise, but overall it’s a wonderful community and I highly recommend it

|Recommended: NoApartment not ready — We moved in And our apartment was not ready for us. The ground was dirty, multiple lights needed fixing, and there was no hot water. There has also been no communication about issues like the construction on the terrace. Only one day in and it is not a good experience.
|Recommended: NoVery underwhelming — When I signed my lease here, I expected a lot more. I recently requested parking, and it has taken a long time to receive my spot. The building has closed the 4th-floor rooftop for the whole summer. The interior was dirty when I moved in the fall. For the money, I would seriously consider looking elsewhere. The only good perk of living in this building is the grocery store below.

|Recommended: YesConvenient and Clean — I moved into a 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment on the 12th floor. Apartment was clean and with great views. The management is very responsive. No noise concerns, hallways are clean. Fresh Madison grocery store is accessible through the building. The furniture in the apartment is clean and well laid out.
