|Recommended: YesGreat location, you get what you pay for — Best location on campus. Friendly staff and fast acting maintenance. Only problem was with all glass windows we had a lot of condensation which let to mildew build up. EVENTUALLY the problem was resolved. Overall good experience.

|Recommended: YesThe best apartment among all others on campus — My overall experiences at the Lucky apartment for the past one and half year are really great. The staffs work here are extremely friendly and helpful in any time, especially those who work on the first floor reception desk. The whole building is super safe with security patrolling 24 7. Except the noises from streets for those rooms that facing forward the Lake street and the University avenue, this place is quite convenient with the fresh market downstairs and major buildings on campus for students to take classes. I love living in here.
