|Recommended: NoPossibility to meet Pretty MEAN staff — I am locked out of my room today and I went down stairs to the reception looking for help. And the staff today is extremely rude. He asked for ID and it is also locked in my room so I provide him my last name. He wrongly hear my name and asked me for the email. Because I am not sure which email I am using right now so I asked him, is the email of number or letter And he is so aggressive asking me, you are supposed to offer me these security number. and he is wearing his headphones when he is talking to me.
He is not showing any willingness of helping me during the whole process and his tone of asking me is like I am begging him for something he is not supposed to do. I talked about this issue in the residents group chat, and they have met same situation of being treated rudely. We find that they staff is the same person.
I am looking forward to hear about the actions to be taken.

I can't say enough about how reliable and responsible the staff who work at Lucky are. It has been such an easy process to sign the lease and receive priority to renew. Megan the property manager is amazing

|Recommended: YesWe have had two daughters live in Lucky over the last few years. It has been a great experience. Management is amazing and receptive, move ins were effortless and the apartments are in great condition. The building feels safe and is in such a great, central location. Only good things to say. Worth the money

|Recommended: NoNot Happy — I was informed my daughters apartment hasn’t had hot water for weeks. They put in a request and it was ignored for a week. Then they came to fix and still isn’t and seems taking to others it’s also apartment next to and below and above. Also main area internet hookup is broken and still haven’t gotten to fixing that. And roommate matching was obviously not good. She can have no one over including people she’s known her hole life. but her roommates bring whoever they want And there not all freshman was we where told where only supppse to be on her floor Very disappointed
