|Recommended: YesMove in — Our experience with move in was soooo easy. No crowds. Pulled into parking lot and parked for free. Got a large moving bin on wheels. Picked up dorm room key fob. Brought up daughters items. Daughter met with her new roommates. We met the other parents. We then returned bin and drove out. Easy Peasy.

|Recommended: NoThe policy change back and forth and the maintenance always delay — we got a wabbling kitchen counter in our new unit for next year and we were told that they can get people to remove it. we requested a new maintenance every single day since we moved in and each requests is either unfilled or just canceled. A week later a manager came in and said they can't get it removed. However the entire layout doesn't make sense either and the counter top is way too tall big and heavy to even exist in the unit. This is our 4th year living here but we still got treated like this. Why are we forced to pay the monthly facility fees which is 40 if they can't even do such a simple thing

|Recommended: NoRoom is old and dirty — The room is very old and dirty. It smells very moldy when I walk in. It has mold, dust and spider webs around window and corner of the wall. Generally just very old and need to be refurbished.

|Recommended: YesGreat, convenient location. The staff at the front desk and leasing office were wonderful--RJ and Justice are great examples of the courtesy and helpfulness of all of the staff. My roommate and I had a wonderful summer thanks to everyone there. The 2 BR, 2 BA was a perfect size for us.
|Recommended: YesOverall, Great Apartment — I just moved into my apartment for my sophomore year, and I couldn’t be happier. I am sharing a bedroom in a 2 bedroom-2 bath and was worried about feeling cramped. As soon as I moved in, my worries went away. I have plenty of space for all of my things, and the cleanliness and amenities are top notch as well. Overall, I would highly recommend living at Lucky.
