|Recommended: YesGreat Apartment Staf — The apartment staff is phenomenal - they will help you out with anything. In particular, RJ at the front desk is always very friendly and takes time out of his day to talk with us.
|Recommended: YesMy time living at lucky has been great and easy. Our apartment was very nice with great views. The staff was all very nice and always did more than they had to which was very nice. I would especially like to point this out about RJ, RJ has been great to my apartment all year and has been a great helping hand and friend, he made living at lucky that much easier, so I would strongly recommend going to him for any questions or help if you plan on living at lucky.
|Recommended: NoMy time at lucky started out well, but quickly turned sour. The amenities and front desk staff are very nice, however the leasing office is terribly incompetent. My roommates and I were almost kicked out of our apartment because their office screwed up and did not send us our renewal contract after we submitted our renewal form. We only found out about that after they started giving tours of our apartment without telling us why. We called and asked about it, and they told us they weren’t able to do anything because they already sent out contracts to other people and we were no longer their priority. It ended up turning out that they didn’t actually send out those contracts, and only then were we able to keep our apartment. Otherwise, we would have had no place to go since it was so late in the school year. The leasing desk has serious issues that need to be worked out, whoever manages it needs to get it together. Other than that, the complex was alright.

|Recommended: YesProperty is more than sufficient — Two Bed, Two Bath at Lucky for two people is the perfect living quarters. Lucky's properties are well polished, and maintained. In addition, Lucky is well managed and continues to be a great space to live in Madison. I would highly recommend being a resident at Lucky

|Recommended: YesToo expensive with limited covering — As one of the most expensive Apt near campus, Lucky doesn’t include electricity, and has no gym and printers. When my friend from another low price apt told me that, I felt I was overpriced by this apt
